Footprints Her eyes are dreaming, heart is beating As she roams across this land The sun is lazy, lies out of reach A world she touches with her hand She smiles she passes, she stays a while How long, no-one knows Before too long, she’s moving on Leaving footprints as she goes The candle burning, no-one learning We only help ourselves Am I lazy, do I do enough? For a world we don’t involve The streets around me, the stories told From a day we’ll never see Before too long the streets will fold Under the footprints that we leave Show me, show me the answers Show us, the young and the chancers Change me, the habits that die hard Die hard now Summer’s cooling, selfish ruling New creatures rule the waves You are lazy, turn it off For a world we need to save You smile, you pass me, unaware Blood is running through your veins Your voice it matters, you have a choice Leave only footprints in the rain And in the rain...... Show me Show us Change me Die hard now Show me, show me the answers Show us, the young and the chancers Change me, the habits that die hard Die hard now Die hard now Die hard now Now..... Now.....

23 Just one look Just one smile is all I need It’s all I needed from you To take my disappointed days And make them yesterdays news That evening sunlight in the moment When you come back to me My instant filter of emotion Yeah you set me free The still point of, my turning world Comes into view And I am never as happy as when I’m with you As when I’m with you Woah yeah.... Just one kiss Just one touch is all I need One second holding your hand The simplest things can move me In ways I don’t understand That evening sunlight in the moment When you come back to me My instant filter of emotion Yeah you set me free The still point of, my turning world Comes into view And I am never as happy as when I’m with you The still point of, my turning world Comes into view You know I am never as happy as when I’m with you As when I’m with you As when I’m with you As when I’m with you With you......

about

'Footprints' was the third and final single from second album 'Streets Will Fold' and their debut US release; hence the inclusion of first single '23' as a b-side. As a special bonus, the band teamed up with dance producer 'Dirty Empire' who remixed second single - 'Pull No Punches' - the band's very first recorded collaboration.

Storey London, UK

Combining consummate musicianship, an ear for poetry and soaring lyricism, Storey's music charts a beguiling course through the urban summer. From their hypnotic trademark vocal harmonies to the funky dance-fused beats and cascading guitar motifs, these are sounds which burrow into the bloodstream; music you want to share. Yet deep down, a part of you really
